Basic type of standard house includes:

  • Ventilation along all outer walls and roof
  • Façade made of wood (tillia compact plates) or metal
  • Final outer linings from coloured metal (colour based on your wishes)
  • Panoramic window on the ground floor, which opens on two sides
  • Internal shades (shutters) on all windows
  • Glass overhanging roof with safety glass and metal construction (width: 80cm, length: 2m)
  • Installations including heating and cooling system based on air-water combination but available for adaptations of your choice
